I feel like BotW should have had some of these things in the base game, but at least we can have them now as a really good mod. I like the jump that you can do off the side of a wall, itвЂ™s looks really cool when you want to jump off somewhere high and glide down. There are so many new options that the mod can provide to you with getting to different places and (according to the gamebanana page) cheesing puzzles. The animations are smooth and fit really well with all the jumps, and you can have some really cool parkour moments with it. I didnвЂ™t get this mod straight away because I wasnвЂ™t too sure I would like it, but after installing it and playing around with it for a while, I enjoy it quite a lot. The model is pretty clean from what IвЂ™ve seen so far, and I recommend this mod if you just want to have a laugh. Somehow, it actually fits in well with the game (or IвЂ™ve just installed too many mods). Again, it gave me quite a laugh, especially when Link pulled it out from the ground and started swinging it around. Like the Old Town Road mod, I forgot I had this installed until I went to go get the Master Sword from the Korok Forest and see MinecraftвЂ™s Diamond Sword sticking out from the ground instead. 3) Minecraft Diamond Sword over the Master Sword Like the вЂњGame Over Yeah!вЂќ sound effect this gave me quite a shock (and a laugh) when I heard this the first time. I originally installed this mod along with quite a few others, so I completely forgot about it until, one day, I was riding my horse through Hyrule and I hear Old Town Road start playing. 4) вЂњOld town RoadвЂќ over Horse Riding Music. I often forget I have this mod installed, so I end up dying and getting quite a shock from hearing the sound effect.

If you have never heard it before, youвЂ™re in for a treat. Simple but fun, it replaces the Game over sound effect to be the same one from Sega Rally on the Sega Saturn. (There will be spoilers ahead, so if you havenвЂ™t beat the game yet, do not continue!) 5) вЂњGame Over Yeah!вЂќ from Sega Rally So with that out of the way, itвЂ™s time to choose my top 5 favorite Breath of the Wild mods. I like to use this platform to share things that I enjoy in gaming, and modding is one of those.

These are just some fun mods that I found while searchign around.

A lot of the mods that I will be showing here arenвЂ™t really serious mods (like game balancing or reworking the whole combat system, nothing like that). IвЂ™ve been installing plenty of mods to try out and IвЂ™ve been having a fun time with it.

They have a great guide on their GameBanana page on how to get everything set up, and it is very easy to do. I recently looked into mods for BotW, and there is a tool called BCML which allows you to load BotW mods as a Cemu Graphics pack. IвЂ™ve been having alot of fun replaying the game and finding things that I had totally forgotten about, as well as playing the DLC (which I had not previously played). So recently IвЂ™ve been getting back into Breath of the Wild via Cemu (the Wii U Emulator) and its been a blast.
